CreativeCloudからIllustrator CC(2015)をインストールボタンを押してインストールしようとすると、
一瞬で「インストール失敗・詳細」と出て、詳細をクリックすると、
インストール失敗
ダウンロードエラーです。
「再試行」を選択してもう一度やり直すか、カスタマーサポートにお問い合わせください。（-10）
と出て、再試行をしても一向に変わらず、ダウンロードできない。
ウンロードログを見ると、以下のようにエラーが記載されている。
